Position Summary The primary duties of Custodian III is to be a ssigned as a member of Janitorial Service crew to work, supervise, leads and coordinate Custodians I & II. He /She clean, sweep, perform trash and recycle services, operate snow plow to remove sn ow and ice, hose down floors, stairways, replace light bulb and provide other non-technical services as assigned by Facility Care Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must operate rider sweepers and walk behind to sweep garages and lots. Must drive trucks and trailers to provide trash and recycles service. Clean litter and trash in garages and lots, clean pipes, and hose down ramps, stairways, walls and columns, etc. Capable to operate snow plow to remove and clear snow and ice during snow season.
