The Market Director - Rail and Transit is a senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, business development, and sales of rail and transit design services across the United States. This role drives top-line growth, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. The Market Director collaborates closely with business unit directors, technical department managers, and corporate functions including Business Development, Proposals, Finance, and Legal. Preferred locations are Northeast or Mid-Atlantic states; will consider other locations if needed.
