The Mission As the Chief of Staff - Technology you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and "COO of Technology" for the CTO of Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS). In a $2.9B division where technology is the product, you will bridge the gap between long-term vision and high-velocity execution. You are responsible for orchestrating a global engineering organization to deliver world-class outcomes, ensuring the technical roadmap is synchronized with enterprise growth targets and the evolving AI landscape.
