RNs or LPNs with excellent managerial skills who can provide coaching, accountability and skills development for those on the clinical care team will be given priority in consideration. Case management will be a key focus of the Health and Wellness Director as they coordinate between their staff, the residents' primary care physicians and other medical professionals. A successful candidate will be friendly and approachable, excited to connect with both residents and a well-established leadership team.
