General Purpose We are seeking a Director of ERP Systems to serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem. This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for the strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Workday across all modules and functional domains. You will lead a team of analysts and administrators, partner closely with Finance, HR, and Operations leadership, and serve as the internal subject matter expert on all things Workday. Essential Duties Platform Strategy & Governance Define and execute the long-term Workday roadmap aligned to business objectives. Establish governance framework for configuration changes, release management, and new module adoption. Evaluate and recommend adoption of new Workday features and products to meet evolving organizational needs.
