POSITION SUMMARY Urban Engineers is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial transportation and infrastructure market area leader to drive strategic growth, client development, and market expansion throughout Connecticut and the broader New England region. This executive leadership position combines business development, office leadership, financial and operational oversight, and strategic growth planning across Urban's core service lines, including transportation, infrastructure, aviation, facilities, and rail and transit. The successful candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with a demonstrated record of winning work, developing executive-level client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
