Operations Control Center (OCC) Director SummaryThe Operations Control Center (OCC) Director is responsible for assuring the daily flying schedule is safely operated as close to plan as possible. The primary role of the position is to formulate and execute the business and operational decisions necessary to mitigate the impact on the customer of irregular flight operations. Decision criteria include assuring a sufficient margin of safety is maintained, costs are adequately controlled and resources are efficiently utilized. The OCC Director directly oversees the Dispatch and Network Operations teams, with indirect oversight of Crew Services, Customer Operations, and Maintenance Control for day-of operations.
