Essential Duties The Vice President of Compliance is responsible for working with the Chief Compliance Officer on the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the organization's compliance program. This position includes development, implementation and consistent application of policies and procedures regarding: 1) Disclosure Program oversight; 2) Compliance education and training; 3) federal and state sanctions screening; 4) licensure and certification. The VP of Compliance will work closely with Company senior leadership and with various department heads to design, implement, monitor these compliance responsibilities and to take appropriate action as needed.
