Supervise group exercise instructors and fitness consultants. Supervise group exercise instructors and fitness consultants. Maintain safe, clean, and fully functional aerobic rooms. Audition, hire and train a strong, qualified versatile staff. Provide payroll with monthly attendance sheets. Monitor and evaluate Fitness Consultants and instructors on a regular basis.
