DESCRIPTION The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Lead will serve as a strategic partner, leading a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive organizational performance, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, elevating leadership capability, and ensuring a high-impact, consistent HRBP model across the organization. This is a hybrid position working two days a week in a local MBI office. Job location is nationwide.
