The Program Director provides direct supervision to a team of therapists who will implement Functional Family Therapy (FFT/FFT-CW). Position bears responsibility for day-to-day operations of program, and the achievement of program quality goals as established by the Provider and contract requirements. We are looking for a Program Director who must have: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field. Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations of a community-based clinical or social service program serving children, adolescents, and families. Experience supervising professional and administrative staff. Training or experience in business development, personnel management, and financial oversight.
