Overview The Director, Proposals will lead and grow a team of proposal development and management professionals who are accountable for preparing strategic customer-focused proposal content, including written proposals and other sales-related documents for a variety of client audiences. The Director will participate in the analysis and discernment of Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities to help the organization optimize resource allocation in response to proposal requests.
