Nexus Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director supporting our Fargo and Bismarck, ND offices. This role will be supporting our new Therapeutic Host Homes team! Position Summary: The Program Director of Community-Based Services oversees the development, implementation, and management of assigned community treatment programs. This role involves leading a team to provide scheduled or immediate support and long-term solutions for individuals experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care. Pay/Location: Hybrid remote in the Fargo or Bismarck, North Dakota area!
