The Health and Wellness Director (HWD) oversees and supervises the care of all the residents. The HWD also provides direct resident/patient care. The Health and Wellness Director oversees the health services department and ensures resident care needs are met by coordinating resident care, managing health services systems, and providing supervision to health services team members.
