SUMMARY The Director of VBC Market Operations serves an operational leader accountable for driving the day-to-day performance of US Renal Care's value-based care programs. The Director builds and manages relationships with nephrologists, nephrology practice staff, and dialysis clinic teams. The Director collaborates internally with clinical, analytics, and other leaders to develop and drive strategies that deliver improved outcomes and reduced costs. The Director must be able to work effectively and collaboratively across all key internal and external stakeholders.
