JOB DESCRIPTION The Westchester Casualty Senior Claims Director is responsible for investigating and settling high exposure, high severity claims while ensuring a high level of customer service and claim file quality. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provides outstanding customer service and works well with the insured, broker and claimant in the adjustment of risks.
