Job Description: As part of the Mars people strategy priorities, we have recognized the role that Digital plays in operating our business of today, but also how much it could impact how we will operate tomorrow. We need to anticipate of the evolution of our operating model, capability model and work design connected to these new and emerging technologies such as Gen AI to ensure we enable Mars and all our associates to take advantage of this technology advancements.
