Eastern Washington University is seeking to hire an Associate Vice President (AVP) of Facilities. The AVP provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the university’s physical infrastructure, including planning, design, construction, maintenance, operations, and custodial services. The AVP is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and sustainable campus environment that supports student success. The position plays a critical role in long-range capital planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of customer service and continuous improvement. The AVP must demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, adaptability, and professionalism.
