Position Summary: The Vice President is a primary leader within the firm. This position leads client service, technical staff management, strategic planning, engineering processes and procedures, and project execution for the Division. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, mentor and lead staff within the Division. Deliver PEC’s purpose and vision to our clients and staff. Uphold the technical reputation of the Division. Promote services of the Division within PEC and outside to current and potential clients. Provide workload management of team members in the Division. Oversee Division efficiency for production of work product. Manage project risks related to technical portions of Division.
