THE SR. SYSTEMS ENGINEER, F-16 AIRCRAFT MODIFICATIONS REQUIRES TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Acquisition - documents and strategy Technical program management Engineering program oversight Systems engineering USAF acquisition milestone reviews and associated entry/exit criteria Systems design - to include baseline requirements Avionics integration, ground and flight test Planning/carrying out assignments for projects regarding systems integration which entail a variety of complicating factors, interaction with other engineering specializations, and consideration of the lifecycle of items/systems Work with Government Programs Managers on Integrated Master Schedules Interaction with other Contractors, Vendors, SPO’s and Senior Military/Civilian personnel ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Systems Engineer will assist in translating user technical and mission requirements into systems-level...
