Position Summary: This position will join the Dynamics 365 team as a cross-domain engineer. The incumbent be a key technical contributor in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Office365 projects, focusing on backend development, leveraging PowerShell, database knowledge, and a willingness to learn/investigate new problems. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions: Meet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS. This number may change over time as the business evolves. Provide 6 hours/week of support for project and escalated incident management tickets for current customers with focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Work with business leaders outside of IT to develop solutions. Introduce innovation to profitably grow each client’s business.
