Position/Job Summary: The QE Technician is responsible for developing, programming and operating CMM equipment to perform precise measurements of manufactured parts.  This role ensures all components meet specified quality standards and tolerances, contributing to the overall excellence of the production process. Complete measurement projects as required - First Article Inspection (FAI), capability studies, production verifications, and in process measurements when required. This will be done using the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Optical Comparators (Micro Vu) and various hand-held measurement equipment. Create and maintain measurement programs.
