Description: MetalTek International is looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the development and production of customer castings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, working with drawings and specifications, and partnering with production teams to turn customer requirements into efficient manufacturing processes. In this role, you will help develop production plans, routings, tooling requirements, bills of material, and process instructions that balance customer needs, shop floor capabilities, quality expectations, and competitive cost targets.
