SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes. Support PCBA/SMT processes. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation including PFMEA, control plans, SOPs. Use SPC and data analysis for process capability. Support tooling, equipment, and maintenance. Lead NPI process readiness.
