Job Description: This role is responsible for performing and supervising laboratory analysis of ingredients and recording results. Assure laboratory functions are followed including but not limited to methods performed correctly, records are complete and accurate, Good Laboratory Practices are followed, and associates are following proper safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Lead site lab technicians conducting physical and chemical tests including but not limited to pipettes, pH meter, water activity meter NIR, Lateral Flow Device, and ELISA methods. Interpret analytical method procedures and safety instructions using standard chemistry terms and measures. Deploy, Implement, any new methods (Mars approved one) required by Regional Q&FS Testing Manager Maintain all records of analytical testing and quality control lab documentation.
