Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! The role of the Food Scientist is to provide technical leadership and assistance to Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and R&D. This is a hands-on food science position, in which the individual will help to manage several cross-functional teams to develop new products, improve existing products, and help drive cost-saving alternatives. The individual will serve as the technical liaison to the manufacturing facility, ensuring food safety and product quality. Essential Duties: Collaborate with QA and Manufacturing to identify and monitor process parameters, enabling better control over the manufacturing process.
