The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Demolition Expert with strong construction management and cost estimating skills to support demolition and site preparation projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have hands-on demolition experience, the ability to develop accurate material takeoffs, and expertise in estimating costs associated with concrete, scrap metal, and demolition debris removal, hauling, recycling, and disposal. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, prepare bids and estimates, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
