Job Summary: The Senior Manufacturing/Process Engineer - SMT will lead and optimize manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies (CCA) within a defense industry environment. This role ensures compliance with stringent military and aerospace standards while driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.
