Summary Assist the product engineering group, mechanical systems and electrical engineers in the design of, but not limited to; components, assemblies, engine and generator support structures, and piping arrangements across all engine product lines. Also supports non-engine related product drafting for component insourcing. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Prepare mechanical layouts, assemblies and detail sketches as directed by product engineers and designers. Develop accurate design models using 2D and 3D design tools for interfacing with finite element analysis software, manufacturing process programming, and production drawing releases.
