We have a regular, full-time position for a Water/Wastewater Technician position. This position requires the technician to travel between job sites performing associated duties required to operate and maintain water/wastewater systems.   Responsibilities include: Maintaining treatment systems (piping pumps, valves, and tanks) Preparing chemicals for treatment systems: operating and maintaining instrumentation on treatment systems and meters (calibration, repair, troubleshooting) Laboratory sampling and recordkeeping Preparing field reports Grease trap inspections Marking Miss Digs General maintenance of vehicles, work areas, and equipment   The ability to respond promptly to emergencies and some travel will be required.
