Detailed Description Bristol Infrastructure Design Services LLC is hiring Construction Surveillance Engineering Technicians (CSETs) to support the Department of Navy at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The positions will be full time at the Naval Station. This position may be eligible for the foreign earned income exclusion (see IRS Notice 2006-84). The Construction Surveillance Engineer Technician (CSET) provides on-site construction oversight, quality assurance, and technical support for projects managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). The CSET ensures that all construction activities comply with contract specifications, drawings, applicable codes, and safety standards.
