Job Summary: The Staff Electrical Engineer is a senior technical contributor within SlingWorks, one of Elbit America's most advanced engineering teams developing next ‑ generation targeting and mission ‑ system technologies. In this role, you will lead complex board ‑ level electrical designs, contribute to system architecture decisions, and drive subsystem ‑ level electrical integration while remaining hands ‑ on throughout the full hardware lifecycle. You will solve challenging engineering problems, guide the development of advanced PCBAs, integrate processors, sensors, and high ‑ speed interfaces, and collaborate closely with other senior engineers to co ‑ develop robust, high ‑ reliability electrical architectures.
