Job Description: The CI Engineer is the value stream's primary driver of structured loss elimination and chronic problem solving. The role works across shifts and functions to ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact opportunities and that improvement actions are executed and sustained. This role supports the Value Stream Manager and Area Managers in building the area strategy, 90-day priorities, daily management systems, and technical capability.
