*$1,000 Sign On Bonus after 90 Days of Employment! * *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) CONTRACT* *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *The BCBA's primary responsibilities include assessment of student progress and need for behavior supports, development of interventions such as behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs that are individualized per student. The BCBA works closely and collaborates with classroom staff, families and other clinical and administrative team members. The BCBA is responsible for training staff on implementation of the principles of ABA, as well as providing regular feedback. The BCBA partakes in the prospective student intake process, which includes reviewing record reviews, participating in family interviews, conducting the student assessments, and observing the students at their current placements.
