We are seeking 3 reliable and positive lead teachers. One will work with our youngest toddlers (12 months - 2 years). One will work with our middle toddlers (15 months - 2.5) and the other will lead our Junior Preschool (2.5 years - 4 years). Two of the openings will start in January, but could shadow earlier. The other room is open NOW. *What You'll Do:* * Lead a dynamic, hands-on classroom environment that fosters creativity, social skills, and cognitive development. * Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of children ages 2 weeks to 2.5+ years. * Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff. * Support children's growth through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and gentle guidance. * Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued. * Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to continually improve our programs and make learning exciting! *What We’re Looking...
