Description Job Summary Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of LifeFlight educational programs and academic initiatives focused exclusively on neonatal critical care patients. Manages all aspects of LifeFlight critical care education for neonatal populations and collaborates with NCHS Clinical Educators and Specialists to ensure standardization of pediatric clinical practice. Will collaborate with the LifeFlight Pediatric Clinical Educator to align all pediatric–neonatal education considerations for all LifeFlight staff including communication center.
