McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. POSITION SUMMARY The MEP Superintendent - Building Controls is a critical field leadership position and is foundational to project success and safety. This role is responsible for overseeing building controls and mechanical construction activities in the field, providing leadership to field foremen and trade partners, and ensuring successful completion of controls work in alignment with project schedule, quality, safety, and budget goals. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and other field leadership to support timely, coordinated, and high-quality completion of the construction process. This role is intended for an experienced mechanical field leader who can independently lead complex building controls scopes with limited oversight with labor and material resources.
