Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Chaplaincy Education Coordinator is to assist with planning, organizing, and implementing Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) programs according to the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), Spiritual Care Association (SCA) or other nationally certified program. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, evaluating students’ clinical work, and providing educational opportunities. The Coordinator manages projects for Chaplaincy initiatives, including project research, development, and annual reports, and collaborates with Leadership and other departments for the overall training program at The Chaplaincy.
Qualifications
This job requires a Master’s Degree in Divinity or a related field, with at least one year of chaplaincy education experience. A Board Certified Chaplain in good standing with a recognized certifying body (e.g., APC, SCA) is required, along...
