$35/HR plus Shift Differential The PRN LPN is responsible for providing safe, quality nursing care to residents including medication administration, treatments, assessments, documentation, and monitoring changes in resident condition. The LPN will supervise and support nursing assistants, ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies, communicate with physicians and families as needed, and maintain accurate clinical records. This position is scheduled every other weekend, with available shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The position also requires flexibility to work holidays as scheduled.
