GENERAL SUMMARY Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. (APEC) is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a public works renovation project in San Francisco involving electrical switchboard replacement, UPS replacement, HVAC upgrades, temporary power, phased shutdowns, testing, and commissioning. APEC will subcontract most of the physical construction work on this project. The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day field coordination of subcontractors, site logistics, schedule execution, safety, quality, access, and shutdown/cutover activities and will report to the Project Manager. This position is intended to be a long-term role with APEC.
