Job Summary The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves supervising workers, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The Superintendent is also responsible for managing resources, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining effective communication between all project stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.
