*Job Purpose* *The BACB Behavior Analyst certification is a requirement for this position. * The Behavior Analyst BCBA will collaborate with all members of a student’s IEP team to provide educational and behavioral programming based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities will include assessing students’ repertoires, developing and/or modifying curriculum to meet individual needs, monitor skill acquisition, developing and overseeing the implementation of behavior support plans, developing data collection systems, and training and supervising direct teaching staff in Applied Behavior Analysis.
