This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience. However, you must be able to tolerate a loud, warm, and physically challenging work environment.  The successful applicant must be able to work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods of time, as well as handle molten metal in a safe and confident manner .  The position does offer the opportunity for cross training and experience in a variety of tasks related to production.
