Primary Responsibility : Assists in maintaining an accurate record of inventory in order to prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies by allocating orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels for multiple departments/sites. What You'll Do : • Conducts annual site cycle counts. • Reports on operational errors impacting inventory performance through incident reports and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems. • Responsible for new item setup (dimensions, weight, storage, automation, slotting) and forwarding pick setups (max/replenishment levels, multiple FPs, large movement, CAD, pick/replenishment type). • Conducts various inventory tasks such as checking code dates, item rotation, exceptions, location labels, discontinued items, LIMBO loads, zero balance on hand (BOH) items, tipped pallets, adjusting inventory quantities, identifying problem locations, and communicating findings to...
