Essential Functions of Job: Prepare necessary paperwork to accompany outbound shipments and perform the required computer transactions to ensure that inventory is properly received and located. Print load sheets for full truckloads.  Assign load numbers to all outbound shipments.  Document information about loads and store shipping records in an appropriate location according to the corporate record retention guidelines. Evaluate and select optimized shipping solution for each request; prepares shipment / labels; track and trace shipment to point of delivery and engage in problem resolution.  Communicate to requestor shipment status and where problem resolution support is required.
