Job Summary The Shipping Lead coordinates daily shipping and receiving operations while serving as the working leader of the warehouse team. This role assigns work, monitors workflow, ensures safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments, and partners with Production, Customer Service, and carriers to meet business objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Lead daily shipping, receiving, staging, and warehouse operations. · Assign and prioritize work based on production schedules, carrier deadlines, and staffing. · Monitor dock activity, manage Conduit dock appointments, and adjust resources to meet shipping commitments. · Perform and oversee loading, unloading, trailer inspections, and DOT-compliant load securement. · Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely. · Ensure accuracy of Bills of Lading, pick sheets, packing lists, receiving documents, and inventory transactions. · Investigate inventory...
