The Inventory Cycle counter works with department managers to research discrepancies. In addition to assuring the accuracy of inventory, one must demonstrate knowledge of plan processes to accurately resolve issues with all types of materials. Responsibilities: Conduct cycle counts inventory on a scheduled basis for plant operations, warehouse, and receiving. Perform random audits on outbound shipments to verify accuracy. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy of 30,000 location warehouses along with two outside warehouses. Monitor transactions across JDE, PKMS, and Atomic and resolve transactional errors that occur between systems. Investigate discrepancies through plant processes and troubleshooting systems.
