Job Summary The Forklifts Operator is responsible for safely operating forklift while performing warehouse and material handling duties. Job Responsibilities    Forklift Operation : Drive the forklift and control the movement of lifting apparatus by moving levers and pressing pedals Material Handling : Position lifting forks under loaded pallets or skids, transport loads to designated areas, and stack materials by raising and lowering the lifting device Organization : Maintain material in an efficient and orderly manner by size and grade for easy retrieval Inventory Management : Inventory materials on the work floor and supply workers with materials as needed Inspection and Reporting : Inspect materials for damage or shortages and report findings to the supervisor Loading/Unloading : Load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting devices Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on the forklift, including lubricating the...
