Guiding and developing a team of supervisors on 3 shifts and over 80 associates. Focusing on efficiency, process improvement, and positive employee relations while managing budget and meeting customer expectations. As a member of the plant management team, partners with other departments to achieve efficiency and collaboration. Essential Duties: Champions a safe work culture and reinforces behavior-based safety. Manages the Distribution Center shipping over 14M cases per year. Including oversight of picking (pallet, case, eaches, DSDC); custom retail display assembly; shipping (Truck load, LTL, parcel, sea going containers); storage and replenishment.
