Job Summary
The Truck Loader is responsible for accurately preparing, picking, staging, loading, unloading, and wrapping orders for shipment. This entry-level position plays a critical role in supporting shipping and receiving operations while ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Previous material handling experience is preferred, but training opportunities and cross-functional exposure are provided. This position works primarily outdoors and requires the ability to perform duties in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Load Full Truckload (FTL), Flatbed (FB), Van, and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments.
Stage loads for shipment and ensure proper shipment organization.
Verify load accuracy prior to loading and unloading.
Properly palletize and load products onto trucks.
